These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at aeternaprime.com (the “Site”) and the services, tools, and affiliate programs provided by Aeterna Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

Aeterna Prime provides an AI-powered marketing and recruitment platform, including lead generation tools, sales funnels, and educational content related to the Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) sector. Access to these premium tools is provided via a monthly subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 AI Commander Tier

Access to the Aeterna Prime platform is provided through the “AI Commander Tier” subscription at a rate of $49.00 USD per month. This is a recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the initial term and each renewal term.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Due to the digital nature of our tools and immediate access to intellectual property, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

4. Affiliate Program (Aeterna Partners)

Aeterna Prime offers an affiliate program allowing users to earn commissions by referring new subscribers.

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 40% commission on the net subscription revenue from direct referrals.
• Payment Terms: Commissions are tracked via our internal system (SliceWP) and paid out according to our standard payout schedule, provided the minimum threshold is met.
• Ethical Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or any conduct that misrepresents the income potential or nature of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, and designs on this Site are the property of Aeterna Systems LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tools for your personal business growth as long as your subscription is active.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aeterna Systems LLC provides the platform “as is” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the affiliate program.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
